Delete an ad campaign
Soft-deletes an ad campaign that has never gone live (status pending_review or
scheduled). A campaign that has gone live has spend attributed to it and belongs in
the performance record, so deleting it returns 409; end it instead. A campaign owns
its promotables rather than being referenced by them, so unlike deleting an ad there
is no list of referencing resources to return.

The Noona HQ API uses Bearer token for authentication.
Endpoints that return generic information that does not contain sensitive data do not require authentication. Endpoints that require authentication are specifically marked in the documentation.
